We may forward your counter-notice to the complainant where appropriate. We may restore material if we believe it is appropriate to do so, but we are not required to restore material.
- Repeat infringers We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material or are the subject of repeated credible copyright complaints. We may also restrict upload access, delete uploaded materials, or preserve records where necessary.
- Misrepresentations Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith copyright complaints or counter-notices may result in account termination and may expose the sender to legal liability.
